Ancient Korfu coin

What is the significance of the ancient Korfu coin?
Was it White Hat that bought the coin, or Raphael? And why?

Never found out, though I have note pointing out that Maxwell was an antiquities dealer and might be linked. I believe Raphael, but not recorded. I have no clue why.

I found in Roarke's diary that Erik sold the coin to Atlantus for $100K while Raphael was there.

Why did Victor put his gate in the same place that Francis did the basement ritual?

Or...did Francis put his gate where Victor had one, or merely make a gate to the inside of Victor's master?

According to what Nicky and Richie saw of the 1882 basement ritual, Victor popped in and did something after Franky did his bit, and that was probably the gate.

Vic also opopped in after Franky did his 1945 ritual about Hiroshima.

Paradox Absorption

Three different people have claimed (or been claimed) to have been absorbing the players paradox. Is anyone actually doing that?

Kassidy, in the Kassidy tutorial incidents#Tutorial 1, said that he and others had been absorbing the paradox the players generate.
The Pattern Knight, in Richie's Journal, The South of Market Apartment And Magical Theory, said that he was absorbing the players' paradox and pointed to a silver pool that seemed to be filled with mercury.
In Richie's Journal, Once More Into The Labyrinth, Francis told the players that Victor Strong was absorbing the paradox the players generate.

First Five

Who are the first five?

Wouldn't it be so Seanish for it to be Ariel, Francis, Kassidy, Korfu and Vengeance? It doesn't go with anything we know, but it would mean all five had been introduced to us and are present in the story- which would fit.

Possibly the first five beings of power. Corruption (The Wyrm), Gaia (The Wyld), The Weaver. The other two are aspects of these three. One is the Trickster and the other is a vast number of names for Time. Corruption gave the aspect of trickery to the Trickster.

Dr. Phillips performed the transfusions for Richie and Roarke, Dr. Bradley was killed by a phantasmal spider. Who performed the surgery on Roarke after Vengeance and Richie removed a lobster bot from her gut?

I recall that an unknown doctor first attended Roarke, then a doctor that was known to us (I think from the White-hat blood filtration story arc) attended her.
